    Thanks for this post. I have this message that has blocked me out of instagram for a week now. To be clear I have never ever paid for likes/used bots etc.

    I have done some tactical following of similar accounts to increase my growth. But this has all been done manually by myself. Nobody else.

    Anyway, every time I type in my password and a new one, it lets me on my IG homepage for no more than 5 seconds, then the message flashes back up and I’m back to square one. This has been happening for a week now.

    My FB is linked to my IG, I’ve tried to use my browser and my email not my username but still the same end product. It’s as if its glitching but I can’t see anyone else having this issue.

    Is there any advice you can offer?
