  3. So I’ve had the same problems for a while and came across a break through. So what you wanna do is go into your setting and go into the mobile network settings. In there is the option Access Point Names. Check that because my APN WAS ON another APN. I’m on AT&T. So APN should be on ATT Nextgenphone for AT&T users. Hope it helps

  10. I have a Samsung Galaxy 10 and receive the no subject message all the time, all of a sudden. I unnstalled the hangout app and checked my APN is Nextgenphone, as I am on AT&T. I am still getting this message. I did not do anything recently to add any different messaging apps to my phone but all of a sudden I am getting this error message all the time. 11. None of this worked for me. I found the answer though. You have to turn on the mobile data. Mine was off for some reason. Simple go to the top of your phone and and pull down the notification bar. Then find the two arrows one pointing up and one pointing down and underneath that it will say mobile data. Touch it and it will turn on and then you will be able to get your pics. I have a Samsung phone.
