    I have to open the app in order for me to know who texting me but it notifies me that someone texted it just dosnt tell me who I have to open the app to know help PLEASE

    So I’ve had the same problems for a while and came across a break through. So what you wanna do is go into your setting and go into the mobile network settings. In there is the option Access Point Names. Check that because my APN WAS ON another APN. I’m on AT&T. So APN should be on ATT Nextgenphone for AT&T users. Hope it helps

    I restarted my phone and am now receiving texts and pics again. I also cleared the hangout cache and disabled the app. i hate google.

    My phone is a Samsung note 8, but I never install the Hangouts app, but I still receive No Subject message
