  1. Launch the Settings app on iPhone
  2. Navigate to Accessibility and tap on it

  6. Then a circular white button will pop up on the screen. This white rounded button is the virtual home screen button.
  7. You can tap on it once to go back to the home screen, or you can double-tap on it to open switch between the various apps that are open on your iPhone.
  8. Under Custom Actions, you can set the task for the virtual home screen button for single tap, double-tap, and long-press.

As you can see, this virtual home screen button works the same way as the physical home screen button of the iPhone. Until you get a complete repair done for your physical home screen button of the iPhone can use the virtual one.

Wipe the Home Screen Button Surface Clean
