- o access your profile picture, open the Threads app and tap on the bottom-right corner.
- You can access the settings menu using the menu icon (two dots) in the top-right corner.
- Click on Account.
- Select Deactivate profile.
- o deactivate your Threads profile, tap Deactivate Threads profile.
However, now you can also choose the ‘ake A Break‘ feature to control your scrolling if you don’t want your profile deactivated but want to control your scrolling. This will remind you to put your phone down every 10, 20, or 30 minutes.
