OnePlus 3 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and supports 2G, 3G and 4G. OnePlus Three (3) sports Qualcomm®Snapdragon™ 820 Quad Core, Kryo™: 2x 2.2 GHz, 2x 1.6 GHz. It runs on Android OS 6.0 (Oxygen) and is available in  64 GB, 6 GB RAM. It comes with Fingerprint sensor, Hall sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor and Electronic Compass. It also comes with features like Alert Slider, Custom icon packs, Gesture Control (Display On + Display Off), OnePlus Shelf, Vibration motor and RGB LED notification light. It is also the first smartphone by 1+ to be available as invite free.

How to Root OnePlus 3 ?

Steps to Root OnePlus Three (Official)

  1. First, you should have an unlocked bootloader and flashed TWRP of OnePlus 3
  2. Download the SuperSU.zip file and store it in internal storage of OP3 where it is easily accessible
  3. Now, reboot in recovery mode

  4. Tap on Backup and take backup of your device data
  5. Tap on option called Install
  6. Navigate to the folder where SuperSU file is saved and swipe to confirm installation
  7. Now tap on wipe and wipe Dalvik & Cache
  8. Reboot the device and look for SuperSU root app in app drawer. You are done!

Steps to root OnePlus 3 (with PC app)

  1. Download the Kingo Root app on your PC and install the app.
  2. Enable USB debugging in your OnePlus device. To do so, go to Setting>About phone>Build number. Now continuously tap on build number until developers options appear under settings above the option About phone. Now under developers option right tick on USB debugging mode.
  3. Let the app recognise the device, then tap on root.

  4. The process may take a couple of minutes and after the device reboots, check for the app Kingo Root in app drawer.
  5. That’s it your device is rooted.

Steps to root OnePlus 3 (without PC)

  1. Download the Kingo Root App on your OnePlus 3
  2. Open the kingo root app in your app drawer
  3. Click on ‘One click root’
  4. The app will automatically modify the device code to root
  5. Keep the data on
