Argentina take on Spain today in the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final. Kickoff is at 3 PM ET at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. FOX has the English broadcast rights. Telemundo has Spanish. Here is every way to watch from the US, including sites, apps, and what each option actually costs.
TL;DR: FOX is free over the air with an antenna, no account needed. YouTube TV has a 21-day free trial. DirecTV Stream gives five days free. FOX One has a 3-day free trial. Fubo has no active free trial today. Peacock is free with Walmart+ for the Spanish broadcast. The FOX Sports app and website require a cable login and are not the free route.
The only truly free option: OTA antenna
FOX is carrying the Final free on broadcast television. An OTA antenna picks up the signal at no ongoing cost. Telemundo carries the Spanish-language broadcast on the same free signal. No account, no credit card, no app login.
The FOX Sports website and app require an active TV provider login for live streaming. They are free to download but not free to watch without cable.
Free trial streaming sites and apps
If you do not have an antenna, these services have active trials that cover today’s match. All include FOX and FS1 unless noted.
| Service | Website | Android app | iPhone app | Trial / cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FOX One | foxone.com | Google Play | App Store | 3-day free trial, $19.99/month after |
| YouTube TV | tv.youtube.com | Google Play | App Store | 21-day free trial, $67.99/month after |
| DirecTV Stream | directv.com/stream | Google Play | App Store | 5-day free trial |
| Peacock (Spanish) | peacocktv.com | Google Play | App Store | Free with Walmart+ or Instacart, Telemundo only |
Fubo does not currently have a free trial as of today, July 19. It is a paid option starting at $64.99 per month.
What each trial covers
FOX One streams only the English FOX broadcast. It is the most direct option for the Final but the trial is the shortest at three days. YouTube TV is the strongest value for a trial: 21 days covers the entire remainder of the tournament, includes FOX, FS1, Telemundo, and Universo, and works on all devices. DirecTV Stream covers FOX across its plans and Telemundo through the MiEspanol Genre Pack.
For Spanish-language coverage without a paid plan, Peacock is the cleanest free route if you already have Walmart+ or Instacart. It carries Telemundo’s full broadcast of the Final today.
One last thing before kickoff
FOX One, YouTube TV, and DirecTV Stream all require account sign-up with a payment method before you can stream. Doing that at 2:55 PM ET today on one of the most-trafficked streaming days of the year is slower than doing it now. The trial periods do not start until you activate them, not when you download the app. Cancel any trial before it ends to avoid the monthly charge.
