iPhone apps to watch Argentina vs Spain free in the US
No iPhone app streams this match completely free without a cable login or a trial. FOX is the free broadcast channel, but the FOX Sports app requires a TV provider login for live access. For iPhone users without cable, the options below carry FOX on a free trial.
FOX One is Fox’s standalone streaming app on iPhone and starts with a 3-day free trial at $19.99 per month after. YouTube TV has a 21-day free trial and covers FOX, FS1, Telemundo, and Universo. DirecTV Stream offers five days free. Fubo does not currently offer a free trial. Peacock is free through Walmart+ and Instacart for Telemundo’s Spanish broadcast on iPhone.
BBC iPlayer and ITVX for UK iPhone users
Both BBC One and ITV1 are simulcasting the Final in the UK. This is the only match in the 2026 tournament where both iPlayer and ITVX stream live simultaneously on iPhone. You only need one, but both work.
Both require a free account and a valid UK TV licence for live streaming. On-demand replay after the final does not require a TV licence. BBC iPlayer updated July 13, 2026. ITVX has been updated with stability fixes for World Cup streams. For iPhone users in Scotland, STV Player replaces ITV1 and is also free on the App Store.
SBS On Demand for Australian iPhone users
SBS On Demand has all 104 World Cup matches free in Australia including today’s Final. A free SBS account with a valid Australian postcode is required. Kickoff is 5:00 AM AEST on Monday, July 20. The app supports AirPlay for watching on an Apple TV or AirPlay-enabled television.
CTV app for Canadian iPhone users
The CTV iPhone app carries the Final free in Canada. Bell Media confirmed the Final is in CTV’s free-to-air package. A TV provider login may be required for the online stream. Watching the broadcast on cable is free with no login. French-language viewers have the Noovo app as a free App Store alternative.
RTÉ Player, RTVE Play, and TV Azteca
RTÉ Player carries the Final free in Ireland at 8:00 PM IST with a free account on the App Store.
RTVE Play is free in Spain at 9:00 PM CEST with no account required. The app covers La 1, Teledeporte, and live football including this Final. It supports AirPlay for streaming to Apple TV.
TV Azteca Deportes is free in Mexico at 1:00 PM CST. The App Store description explicitly confirms free live FIFA World Cup 2026 matches with no subscription required.

The names that appear most frequently in those threads are DaddyLive, SportSurge, CrackStreams, BuffStream, and BilaSport. StreamEast also comes up heavily in searches, though the original platform was permanently shut down in August 2025. What appears under that name now are unverified third-party clones with no connection to the original.
None of these services hold official FIFA broadcast rights. A Flare cybersecurity report from June 2026 found that nearly 40 percent of users who accessed illegal sports streams experienced financial losses through scams, fraud, or compromised payment details. Demand for unofficial streams peaks during a World Cup Final, which means the malicious ad infrastructure around those pages is at its most active today.
