  • Hidden Text: Using excessive keywords and hiding them behind images, videos, CSS scripts etc
  • Doorway Pages: Multiple search result lead to the same web page.
  • Cloaking: Giving different search result for a search.

How to report webspam to Google ?

  1. Open webmaster search console and sign-in using your Google account.

  2. Click on Report spam
  3. Provide the URL of the specific web page in the box.
  4. Provide the query you have and add the additional information.
  5. And click report webspam.

Google will investigate webspam reports, prioritizing by search result impact, and take necessary action.
